Bronchitis.... we think

I'm finally getting over... something... that has had me under the weather. Started out with a sore throat soon followed by a sinus headache, persistent coughing, pain, no appetite, and totally lethargic. I knew I had problems when exhaling I could hear the sound of bubbling.

Several years ago I dealt with a case of bronchitis and I recognized the signs. But I was a typical stubborn male and did not go to the doctor. Yeah, yeah, I'm an idiot sometimes. :x3: I think by the second week the signs were apparent enough that my wife & family were able to identify what was going on. Nothing like the joy of dry upheaving for a half-hour a few times a day for several days in a row.

After several bottles of NyQuil & DayQuil I still have a bit of a dry cough but I am coming out of the fog that I've been in. There are a few days from the past few weeks that I honestly have no idea what took place. None at all.

So I am in recovery mode now, essentially trying to go back over my emails the past few weeks at both home & work to see what I may have missed. The worst part is having conversations that include my saying "I said what?" at some point.

At least my dog is happier. For the past few weeks I think he has sensed I haven't been right and has been kind of mopy just staying by my side. A few times when I was laying down he would jump up with me, look me in the face, and then lay down next to me.

Next time I am going to the doctor.

Apparently I am not as well as I thought I was getting.
