    Yeah, I do use this one, Its very helpful for SEO. It helps to get your pages indexed in google fast.

    Well my sitemap updates automatically for every new post, new forum etc. Thanks to Google SEO plugin :)

    i use it but only to submit sitemap and verify my sites.i rally dont need all the options there.
