Here's the image I made the last time I requested, just edited it a bit. http://i54.tinypic.com/33p5veb.jpg I'd like them to be in that style, although the music note beside the PT needs to be the image I linked to above under the pictures/renders section of the form. I'd prefer for the [musical note]PT to be slanted slightly how I have it in that picture. I'd prefer for Toups to do this, as he knows all about what I like, but I'm open for anyone.
